I have been a regular customer of this business for a number of years. I have found the proprietors to be nothing short of courteous and accommodating. I am always consulted as to exactly how I want my dog clipped and groomed and I am never displeased with the results. There are not exorbitant wait times for an appointment, as is the case with some groomers and the cost of the service is more than reasonable. Past experiences with other groomers have left me annoyed and frustrated as my dog has come back with fleas. This has NEVER been the case with The Complete Pooch Package. The whole operation is hygenic, clean and well run. I particularly appreciate how kind and caring Noel is with my dog. His gentle nature ensures that the grooming process is not at all stressful for my dog. I love seeing how happy and excited my dog is after being groomed by The Complete Pooch Package and I highly recommend this business to other dog owners.
